This coffee is grown in the Bouquete region of Panama, city of Los
Naranjos, in an estate that has been growing coffee since 1929.
This is a single variety Coffee of Red Catuai, naturally dried on
raised beds for a fruity flavour.
The tart acidity present in this coffee is very reminiscent to cherry,
raspberry, and chocolate, with a sweet nippy acidity and a lasting finish, roasted for a single origin espresso.
The farm won several awards including Best of Panama and Best Coffee
by Specialty Coffee Association of America
